The Challenge

ICC was facing operational delays due to disjointed workflows, manual processes, and the lack of a real-time tracking system. They needed a scalable logistics management platform that could automate COD remittance, streamline bookings, and integrate with third-party courier partners for real-time order sync.

Our Strategy

We built a full-stack logistics and courier management system using the MERN stack, powered by a modular microservices structure. The platform supports real-time tracking, automated reconciliation, and dynamic serviceability checks. A scalable notification system using WebSockets and push alerts was enabled for clients and employees.
